Kevin Warren is a registered professional engineer and is the principal of Warren Energy Engineering, LLC, a firm specializing in energy efficiency in buildings and industrial processes. Prior to
founding Warren Energy Engineering, LLC, he was co-founder and principal of kW Engineering. He has performed energy engineering analysis for hundreds of buildings and process facilities. This work
has included field surveys of energy use, development of metering plans, installation of metering equipment, identification and evaluation of potential energy-saving projects, and preparation of
complete cost analyses.
Mr. Warren is a nationally recognized expert on measurement and verification and impact evaluation. He is active member of the Energy Valuation Organization's (EVO) International Performance
Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) committee where he is participating in efforts by the North American Energy Standards Board to create national standards for calculation of energy
impacts. He was recently part of the team revising the M&V protocols used by BPA. He is also a member of the Technical Advisor Group for NREL's Uniform EM&V Methods Project.

Matthew Holt is a consultant with Warren Energy Engineering, LLC and has five years of energy efficiency consulting experience. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware Mechanical
Engineering Program and has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. He is due to graduate with a Master in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 2012. Mr. Holt is a
member of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
Mr. Holt's various skills include being proficient in eQUEST, Metrix, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. His experience at Warren Energy Engineering, LLC includes developing site specific measurement
and verification plans and performing verification inspections and energy audits on hundreds of buildings. He has also collaborated on the creation of many eQUEST building simulation models and has
helped create a comprehensive bin simulation tool to simulate entire building electricity and fuel consumption. Mr. Holt is currently managing the field work and energy analysis of lighting projects
for the impact evaluation of PPL's Efficient Equipment Program.

Amir Haghighat is a consultant with Warren Energy Engineering, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware Mechanical Engineering Program with a Degree of Distinction and thesis
topic of "Experimental Characterization Of In-Plane Permeability Of Gas Diffusion Layers: Influence Of The Saturation Level" (Spring 2009). His degree also includes a minor in sustainable energy and
mathematics. Mr. Haghighat has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam and is an EIT: Engineer-In-Training. He is BPI Certified as a Building Analyst Professional and is a member of American
Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). At Warren Energy Engineering, LLC, Mr.
Haghighat has performed walkthrough energy audits, conducted various metering projects, and performed energy usage measurement and verification. In his metering experience, he
has used PowerSight and Dent Elite Pro power meters, HOBO amp loggers, and HOBO and Dent light loggers. Mr. Haghighat's skills include being proficient in Air Master+ (DOE), various CAD software
programs, Microsoft Office and mathematical software such as Maple and Matlab. He also has personal experience in the areas of Compressed Air System, Process Cooling, Combine Heat and Power (CHP),
Lighting and HVAC, and HAAS CNC machining. Mr. Haghighat's also has experience with Rating Energy Performance with EPA's Portfolio Manager through Energy Star.
Mr. Haghighat has vast interest in renewable energy, has toured wind farms and wind turbine manufacturing, visited BP solar manufacturing plant in Frederick, MD and has knowledge of solar and renewable
programs in PA, NJ & DE. Solar PV or solar hot water system design and estimate are also topics of interest to him.

Michael Honeychuck is an energy consultant at Warren Energy Engineering, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware Mechanical Engineering Program and has passed the Fundamentals of
Engineering Exam. Mr. Honeychuck has developed and reviewed measurement and verification plans, completed energy savings analyses, and performed energy audits of multiple facilities. He assisted
in the designed a complex database of topics and documents related to energy efficiency. He is proficient in Microsoft Office and is experienced with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Maple and Matlab. Mr.
Honeychuck is also proficient in using spreadsheet analysis to perform multi-variation regression including change point models using both monthly and interval data.

Deirdre Jayko is an energy consultant with Warren Energy Engineering, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware Mechanical Engineering Program and has a minor in
biomedical engineering. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Delaware. She has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Ms. Jayko has
experience with Solidworks and MATLAB, as well as extensive experience in Microsft Excel including statistical examination and regression analyses. She has developed and reviewed measurement and
verification plans, completed energy savings analyses, and performed energy audits of multiple facilities for PPL's Efficient Equipment Program.

Jenifer Warren has been the office manager at Warren Energy Engineering since 2004. She has a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Delaware and a Master's Degree
in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. Prior to working at Warren Energy Engineering, Ms. Warren ran the library and the San Leandro Campus of Western Career College
(now Carrington College California).

Glenn Stearns is an energy analyst with Warren Energy Engineering, LLC. He is an undergraduate senior at the University of Delaware. He is studying mechanical engineering and
is working towards a minor in civil engineering and mathematics. He has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Mr. Stearns has developed and reviewed measurement and verification plans,
reviewed technical reports and has assisted on-site measurement and verification. He has experience in Microsoft Office, Solidworks and AutoCAD.

Bill Moreland is an energy analyst with Warren Energy Engineering, LLC. He is currently a senior undergraduate student in the University of Delaware's Mechanical Engineering Program
with a minor in Mathematics. He has experience with Solidworks, MATLAB, and Microsoft Office Suite. Mr. Moreland has been actively contributing to a variety of Warren Energy Engineering's projects.
